We are seeking skilled and motivated Comprehensively Trained Classical Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic studio on a self-employed basis. This opportunity offers a flexible and supportive environment where you can utilize and expand upon your teaching skills, making a comfortable income with the opportunity for growth.

YOUR CERTIFICATION

You should hold at minimum a level 1 Comprehensive Certification in Classical Pilates.

We are looking for both beginner and advanced instructors. Should you have experience with teaching seniors, that’s a bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver safe, effective and engaging Pilates Small Group Training: Your classes will be classical in nature but with your own flare, paying attention to progressing your clients appropriately through the movements.

Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, tidy, and well-maintained before and after each class.
Class Management: Return equipment to its proper place after each session and ensure the space is set up for the next class.

Client Relationships: Build strong, positive relationships with clients, offering personalized guidance and fostering a welcoming environment.

Class Coverage: Manage your own classes and take responsibility for finding suitable cover if you are unable to teach a class due to personal commitments.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive Pay: Depending on experience, A minimum fee per class for up to 3 participants, and bonus per class for 4 participants. Pay is also dependent upon your level of expertise.

Booking System & Marketing: The studio provides a user-friendly booking system, as well as marketing campaigns to help attract clients.
Collaborative Environment: A team-oriented atmosphere where instructors can share ideas and learn from one another.

WHAT WE ASK

Studio Guidelines: Instructors are expected to adhere to the studio’s guidelines and uphold our high standards of teaching.
Personal Teaching Style: Bring your unique teaching style to the studio, enriching the experience for clients with your personal touch, staying within the parameters of the Classical Method.

Insurance You hold the appropriate level of insurance for your work with us.

Billing: Instructors will submit their monthly invoices for the classes they have taught at the end of each month.
