Our beginner Course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and help you build a strong foundation. You'll learn proper breathing techniques, experience the equipment, alignment, and basic Pilates exercises that will help you improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and strengthen your core.
Once you've mastered the basics, our intermediate Pilates classes will challenge you with more advanced exercises and variations. You'll continue to build strength and flexibility while working on more complex movements that will take your Pilates practice to the next level.

On occasion we will host local business owners to presents their wares. This will include companies with a focus on health, wellness and personal growth.
The studio can be booked out for you and your friends/family/colleagues on off peak times for £100. Your instructor will tailor a session to fit the needs of the people present.
We will be highlighting different ways we can volunteer within the community as a group, or individually and seeing what we can do to help various organisations in need.
